AI Agents & Assistants
Custom agents built around your files, tasks, decisions, and handoffs.
An AI agent is only useful when it knows its job and its limits. We build scoped agents around your files, tasks, decisions and handoffs, each with clear boundaries and approval gates. Your people supervise them. Nothing runs as a black box.
What you get
- Agents designed for specific jobs, such as triaging inbound messages and drafting replies against your knowledge base, or answering policy questions from your own handbook.
- Approval gates wherever a decision needs a person.
- Logs that show what each agent did and why.
- Your team trained to supervise and adjust them.
Why it holds up
It's the same architecture as the 38-agent fleet that runs our own company. That fleet uses more than 200 custom skills and puts in more than 200 agent-hours every week, monitoring, reporting, publishing and following up, all supervised.
Before a model runs our work, or yours, it runs our benchmarks: identical tasks, fresh sessions, scored from what the model actually did, not what it says it did. Those tests have caught models skipping required steps and reporting work as complete when it wasn't. Knowing which model behaves under which conditions is the difference between an agent you can leave running and one you babysit. You can see the results for yourself on our Bench.
We're provider-agnostic. Claude or Codex, OpenClaw or Hermes: we recommend what fits because we run them all ourselves.

How we work
Map. Scope. Build. Run.
-
STEP 1
Map
A free 30-minute systems-mapping call. We find where the hours go, where the leads leak, and where AI actually moves the needle — before you spend anything.
-
STEP 2
Scope
A written diagnosis and a fixed price with a clear deliverable list. No hourly meters, no scope fog — you know the number and the outcome before we start.
-
STEP 3
Build
Delivery in weeks, not quarters — with evidence at every step: working systems, documented workflows, and your team trained inside them.
-
STEP 4
Run
We operate, measure, and iterate after launch. Research, analyse, learn, iterate — the loop that keeps the system improving instead of quietly rotting.
Start with the map.
Thirty minutes, free, no deck required — bring the process that hurts.
Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed before we start — no hourly meters.
